SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDER PROCESSING
Each Wild Amrā piece is handcrafted to order in our Chicago studio. Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to make your piece before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders under $200 may choose from:
- USPS First Class (4-7 business days) - $5
- USPS Priority (3-5 business days) - $10
- UPS 2-Day Express (2 business days) - $25
CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
To request an edit or cancellation, reach out with your order number within 48 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though we may not be able to adjust orders already in production.
I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you're unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number and we'll gladly review the shipment details with you. If tracking shows your package as "Delivered", we recommend first checking with members of your household, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. Delivery concerns must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
DAMAGES OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
Please inspect your package at delivery. If the outer box shows signs of damage or tampering, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video documentation before opening. Claims reported beyond this window, or without supporting documentation, cannot be considered.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please contact us for international shipping inquiries. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Wild Amrā is not responsible for local customs duties or import taxes; these are paid by the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for choosing Wild Amrā for your jewelry needs. We're committed to ensuring your pieces arrive in perfect condition.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item was shipped to an address in the U.S. or Canada (we are unable to accept returns from other international countries at this time).
- Items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all Wild Amrā tags (if applicable), packaging, and dust bags included.
- The item arrived damaged or defective within the 7 day return period.
- The return is approved and postmarked using the prepaid Wild Amrā label within 7 days from the delivery date.
- All sale items are final.
